Which of the following tools will best help a quality professional to exhibit project activities and results?

A storyboard is a visual tool that sequentially displays the key elements of a performance improvement project. It tells the project's "story" from beginning to end, including the problem statement, team goals, data analysis, actions taken, and final results. This comprehensive format makes it the best tool among the choices for exhibiting both the project's activities and its outcomes in a clear, concise, and easily understandable manner for stakeholders.

B. Value Stream Map: This tool is used for analyzing and improving process flow by identifying waste, not for exhibiting overall project activities and results.

C. Gantt Chart: This is a project scheduling tool that displays tasks against a timeline; it does not typically show project results or outcomes.

D. Prioritization Matrix: This is a decision-making tool used to rank options based on weighted criteria, not a tool for displaying a completed project's narrative.
