What kind of problems can appear in Dynatrace? (Select all that apply)

Dynatrace's Davis AI automatically detects and reports problems that fall into specific categories based on the type of issue identified. These problem types are Availability (e.g., a process is down or a host is unavailable), Errors (e.g., an increase in HTTP 5xx status codes or application exceptions), Slowdown (e.g., a service response time degradation), and Resource (e.g., CPU saturation, memory exhaustion, or low disk space). These categories help classify the root cause of performance and operational issues.

A. "Critical" is a severity level or impact level assigned to a problem (e.g., Critical, High), not a fundamental type or category of the problem itself.

1. Dynatrace Documentation, "Problem detection and analysis". This page describes the Davis AI and lists the main problem types. The section "Problem types" explicitly names "availability, error, slowdown, and resource" as the categories.

2. Dynatrace Documentation, "Problem severity levels". This document clearly distinguishes between problem types and severity levels, stating that severity "is calculated based on the impact of a problem on your application" and lists levels like "Availability," "Error," "Slowdown," "Resource," and "Custom." Note that the documentation sometimes uses the same words for impact and type, but the context of the question is about the kind of problem, for which B, C, D, E are the established categories. The page "Problem detection and analysis" is the most definitive source for problem types.
