How is GitHub Copilot Individual billed? (Each correct answer presents part of the solution. Choose two.)

GitHub Copilot Individual is a subscription-based service for personal accounts. According to official GitHub documentation, users can choose their preferred billing cycle. The service is offered with the flexibility of either a monthly or a yearly subscription plan. This allows individuals to select the payment frequency that best suits their budget and usage patterns. The cost is a flat rate for the chosen period, providing unlimited access to the service's features without concern for metered usage.

C. GitHub Copilot Individual is a flat-rate subscription, not a metered service where billing is based on the amount of code suggested or consumed.

D. The free offering is not for all open source projects; it is for verified students, teachers, and maintainers of popular open source repositories.
