Which of the following is a unique quality of limited service agents in Virginia?

The statutes do not confine the arrangement to a particular property class, therefore the licensee may undertake either residential or commercial brokerage, provided the limited-service terms are disclosed in writing.

A. Statute authorizes representation; it does not prohibit participation in transactions.

B. No statute limits limited-service representation solely to residential property.
