A global administrator can indeed 1) add or remove custom-owned domains in the Microsoft 365 admin center and 2) set any verified domain as the default suffix for new users’ e-mail addresses. However, once a Microsoft 365 tenant is created the country/region that was selected during sign-up becomes immutable; Microsoft explicitly states that it cannot be changed later and that the only alternative is to create a new tenant in the required geography.

Why Incorrect Option Is Wrong:

• False – would imply that the tenant’s country/region can be changed post-creation, which is contradicted by Microsoft’s official service-wide limitation.

This is a true/false question. The alternative, "False," is incorrect because both clauses of the statement are accurate as per Microsoft's administrative policies and technical limitations. Admins can manage default domains, but they cannot change the tenant's data residency location post-creation.
