A customer needs to access profile data using /access/entities endpoint. What parameters are required to retrieve profile information?

To retrieve a specific profile entity using the /access/entities endpoint of the Real-Time Customer Profile API, you must provide a unique identifier for that profile. The API requires two specific query parameters for this lookup: entityId and entityIdNS. The entityId is the actual identity value (e.g., '[email protected]' or a specific ECID), and the entityIdNS is the identity namespace that provides context for the ID (e.g., 'Email' or 'ECID'). This pair uniquely identifies the profile to be retrieved.

A. A timestamp is used for filtering data or in merge policies but is not a primary key for retrieving a specific profile entity via this endpoint.

C. Profile attributes like name and date of birth are not used as primary lookup keys in the API call as they may not be unique across all profiles.
