Which of the following are features of the Product List in Vlocity Cart? (Choose TWO) Note: This question displayed answer options in random order…

The Product List within the Vlocity Cart is a dynamic component governed by specific configurations. It is fundamentally based on a designated price list, which serves as the source for the products and their corresponding prices that can be added to the cart. Furthermore, the Vlocity Rules engine is integral to its function, applying eligibility and availability rules to filter the products displayed. This ensures that only products relevant and purchasable by the specific user or for the specific account are presented, thereby enabling a context-aware, guided selling process.

1. Price List Basis (B): In Salesforce Industries CPQ

a cart is always associated with a price list. The getProducts API call

which populates the product list

requires a priceListId to retrieve the correct products and prices.

2. Rules-Based Filtering (C): The Industries CPQ engine uses eligibility and availability rules to determine which products appear in the catalog for a given user or context. These rules are evaluated when the product list is populated.

4. Product Hierarchy (D): Product hierarchies and bundles are defined in the Industries Product Console and are part of the product data model. The cart's role is to render these pre-defined structures for configuration after selection.
