Which of the following people are required to be listed on the LEED project registration page?

The owner is the only person who is required to be listed on the LEED project registration page. The

owner is the entity that has the authority to implement the LEED project and sign the certification

agreement. The owner’s representative, who can be a LEED AP or another person authorized by the

owner, can register the project on behalf of the owner, but must also upload a confirmation of agent

authority form. The primary architect, the commissioning agent, and other project team members

are not required to be listed on the registration page, but can be added later as team members in

LEED Online.
