Select available Webinar Scoring Rules

Account Engagement's default scoring model is designed to measure a prospect's interest and engagement based on their actions. For webinars, the two key prospect-driven actions that are tracked and scored by default are registering for the webinar and attending the webinar. These actions signify a clear level of interest and commitment from the prospect. Scoring is not typically applied to actions initiated by the marketer, such as sending an invitation, as this does not reflect the prospect's behavior.

B. Webinar Invited: This is an action taken by the marketer, not the prospect. Scoring rules are based on prospect engagement, not marketing outreach efforts.

C. Webinar Refusal: This is not a standard, trackable event within the default scoring rules for Account Engagement webinar connectors.

1. Salesforce Help Documentation, Scoring Prospects: This document outlines the default scoring model for Account Engagement. In the "Default Scoring Rules" table, under the "Webinar" category, it explicitly lists "Webinar Attended" and "Webinar Registered" as the scorable activities. It does not list "Webinar Invited" or "Webinar Refusal". (Salesforce Help, Account Engagement, "Scoring Prospects", Default Scoring Rules section).

2. Salesforce Trailhead, Account Engagement Scoring and Grading: This module explains the fundamentals of the scoring system. It emphasizes that scores are adjusted based on prospect activities, such as form submissions, email opens, and webinar attendance. The examples provided for webinar integration consistently refer to registration and attendance as the key scorable events. (Trailhead, Account Engagement Basics, "Account Engagement Scoring and Grading" unit).
