The question describes a scenario where Copilot has been explicitly asked to remember details for future use. This directly relates to the "Memory" feature in Copilot, which allows it to retain information across conversations. To make Copilot forget these specific, remembered details, the user must clear them from its memory. Deleting a single conversation or the entire activity history does not affect the persistent memory feature.
