Which would you NOT expect to see in a Proposal Implementation Plan?

A Proposal Implementation Plan is created during the 'Plan' phase of the Management of Value (MoV) process. Its purpose is to detail how the selected value-improving proposals will be put into action. This plan must include clear accountability through proposal owners, a defined timescale for execution, and a review mechanism to monitor progress and manage any deviations.

A risk and sensitivity analysis, however, is conducted earlier in the MoV process, specifically during the 'Evaluate' phase. This analysis is used to assess the viability and potential impacts of various proposals before they are selected for implementation. Therefore, it is an input to the decision-making process, not a component of the subsequent implementation plan.

A. A list of proposal owners is essential for assigning responsibility and ensuring accountability for the implementation of each proposal.

B. The timescale for the inclusion of proposals is a fundamental component of any plan, defining when activities will occur and when benefits are expected.

C. A mechanism for review is crucial for tracking progress against the plan and taking corrective action if performance falls below expectations.

Section 7.3, 'Develop the implementation plan': This section details the contents of the implementation plan, stating it should include "the selected proposals, the owners of the proposals, the timescale for their inclusion, the resources required, the expected benefits and a mechanism for review." (This supports A, B, and C being correct inclusions).

Section 6.4.3, 'Evaluate the proposals': This section describes the evaluation process, which includes assessing "the risks associated with each proposal." This confirms that risk analysis (D) is performed before the planning phase.
