The Administrator at Universal Container wants to add branding to salesforce. Which two considerations should the administrator keep in mind? Choose…

When configuring branding in Salesforce Lightning Experience, an administrator must be aware of its scope and limitations. A key consideration is that only a single theme can be active at any given time, and this theme is applied universally across the entire organization for all internal users. Additionally, specific user types, such as Chatter External users, are excluded from custom branding and will only see the default built-in Salesforce Lightning theme, ensuring a consistent but standard experience for external collaborators.

B. Themes created under the "Themes and Branding" setup are exclusive to Lightning Experience and do not apply to Salesforce Classic or the Salesforce mobile app.

C. The maximum number of custom themes that can be created is 300, not 150, making this statement factually incorrect regarding system limits.

1. Salesforce Help Documentation, "Brand Your Org in Lightning Experience":

This document explicitly states, "You can have only one active theme at a time, and a theme applies to your entire org." This directly supports option A.

It also clarifies, "Chatter external users see the built-in Lightning Blue theme." This directly supports option D.

The same document notes, "Themes don’t apply to Salesforce Classic or to the Salesforce mobile app." This refutes option B.

2. Salesforce Help Documentation, "Lightning Platform Customization Limits":

Under the "User Interface" section, this official limits document specifies, "Custom Themes: You can create up to 300 custom themes." This refutes the number provided in option C.
