Who can view the Einstein Analytics Dashboards provided with Net Zero Cloud? (1)

Net Zero Cloud dashboards are accessible to users with Sustainability Cloud, Net Zero Cloud, or Sustainability App Auditor permission sets. These permission sets are specifically designed for Net Zero Cloud functionality and include the necessary permissions to view Einstein Analytics dashboards that come with the product. The Sustainability App Auditor permission set provides read-only access to sustainability data and dashboards, while the other two provide broader access levels.

Why Incorrect Options are Wrong:

Option A: Event Monitoring Analytics permissions are for monitoring system events, not for Net Zero Cloud dashboards.

Option B: Sustainability App Manager alone doesn't grant dashboard viewing rights without additional analytics permissions.

Option D: Net Zero Cloud requires specific licenses and permission sets; dashboards aren't available to all users.

A. Event Monitoring Analytics permissions are for a separate Salesforce product used to track user and system events, not for Net Zero Cloud dashboards.

C. This option is imprecise. "Net Zero Cloud" is an app, not a permission set. While an Auditor permission set exists, the Manager set is the primary one for active users.

D. Access to specific applications and analytics within Salesforce is not granted to all users by default; it requires specific licenses and permission sets.

1. Salesforce Help. (2023). Assign Net Zero Cloud Permission Sets. "To give users access to the Net Zero Cloud app, assign them the Net Zero Cloud Manager or the Net Zero Cloud Auditor permission set." Access to the app includes its components like dashboards.

2. Salesforce Help. (2023). Set Up CRM Analytics for Net Zero Cloud. "To give users access to CRM Analytics for Net Zero Cloud, assign them the CRM Analytics for Net Zero Cloud permission set." While a specific analytics permission set exists, the core app permission sets (Net Zero Cloud Manager) also provide access to the embedded dashboards. The question's terminology "Sustainability App Manager" directly maps to the role of the Net Zero Cloud Manager.
