Where do you load the offer letter template for recruiters to use when they create offer letters?

The Recruiting Content Library is the central repository within Oracle Recruiting Cloud designed for creating, storing, and managing reusable content. This includes items such as job descriptions, interview feedback questionnaires, and, most relevantly, job offer letter templates. Administrators configure and upload these templates into the Content Library. Recruiters then access and select the appropriate template from this library when they are in the process of creating and extending a job offer to a candidate. This ensures consistency and efficiency in the offer management process.

A. In the candidate selection process Offer phase: The Offer phase of a candidate selection process defines the workflow, statuses, and actions for an offer, but it does not store the actual template files.

B. In an OTBI Dashboard: Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI) is a tool for creating reports and analytics dashboards, not for managing or storing content templates.

D. In Alerts Composer: Alerts Composer is used to configure and manage system notifications and alerts, not for creating or storing formal document templates like offer letters.

Using Recruiting

Chapter: Job Offers

Section: Create a Job Offer: "When you create a job offer

you select an offer letter template from the Recruiting Content Library. The offer letter is automatically generated based on the selected template and tokens." This confirms that recruiters use templates stored in the library.
