You can view IBM, Microsoft, Oracle and VMware license metrics as part of ServiceNow standard baseline configuration features.

The ServiceNow Software Asset Management (SAM) Professional application includes built-in, out-of-the-box capabilities to manage complex license metrics for top-tier software publishers as part of its standard features. This core functionality, often referred to as publisher packs, specifically provides support for managing licenses from IBM, Microsoft, Oracle, and VMware without requiring additional installations or separate subscriptions beyond SAM Professional.

The statement would be false if these capabilities required a separate purchase or were not part of the baseline SAM Professional product. However, managing these specific high-value publishers is a primary feature and value proposition of the SAM Professional offering, and thus is included in its standard configuration.
